What BIM services do you offer in Dubai?
Architectural, structural and MEP BIM modeling, scan-to-BIM, clash detection and coordination, 4D and 5D BIM, Revit drafting, as-built modeling, custom family creation, construction documentation and outsourced BIM capacity. See the Services page for the full list.
Do you cover all of Dubai and the wider UAE?
Yes, we work across Dubai's districts and free zones, and take on project sites in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates on request.
How is pricing worked out?
BIM modeling and scan-to-BIM are priced per square foot by level of detail or scan complexity - try the cost calculator. Coordination, consulting and outsourcing are scoped per project since no fixed market rate applies to them.
What software do you deliver in?
Revit for modeling, Navisworks for coordination and clash detection, and IFC export for teams on other BIM platforms.
How quickly do you respond to a new enquiry?
