Do you cover all of Dubai and the wider UAE?
Yes. We work on projects in every Dubai district and free zone, and take on sites in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates on request.
Our area pages cover 23 Dubai districts, from the towers of Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai Marina to the warehouses of Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park and Dubai South, and growing communities such as Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Dubai Creek Harbour and Expo City Dubai. If your site is not on that list, we still cover it: the list shows where we have written local notes, not where we stop.
Location matters most for work that needs a site visit. Scan-to-BIM and as-built modeling start with a laser scan or survey on site, and our office in Nad Al Hamar, near Ras Al Khor Road, is central to most of the city. Modeling, coordination, family creation and drafting work from your drawings and files, so they can be delivered wherever the project is.
Different parts of Dubai answer to different authorities. Mainland projects usually go through Dubai Municipality, which has required BIM submissions for large, high-rise and government buildings since the mid-2010s. Free zones and some master communities have their own: DIFC runs its own planning framework, Dubai Production City falls under the Dubai Development Authority, and Expo City Dubai has its own authority, set up by Law No. 14 of 2022, that licenses construction on its site. We confirm the approving authority for your plot at the start and set up the model and drawings for its submission.
For a site outside Dubai, name the emirate and location in your message. We confirm whether a site visit is needed before we scope the work.
