How is pricing worked out?

BIM modeling and scan-to-BIM are priced per square foot, by LOD or scan complexity. Coordination, consulting and outsourcing are quoted per project.

For modeling, the cost calculator uses AED 0.55 to 0.92 per square foot at level of development (LOD) 200, for space planning and coordination, AED 0.92 to 1.65 at LOD 300 for design development, and AED 1.65 to 2.75 at LOD 400 for fabrication-ready MEP. These ranges start from international per-square-foot benchmarks converted at the dirham's fixed peg to the US dollar, so they give a stable starting point rather than a final quote. Choosing the LOD you actually need is the biggest saving: a space-planning model does not need fabrication detail.

Scan-to-BIM runs from AED 0.75 to 2.60 per square foot, depending on whether the site is open and simple, a standard commercial building, or a complex industrial space with dense MEP and tight access. For comparison, published UAE laser-scanning prices range from about AED 2,500 to 10,000 for a single room up to AED 30,000 or more for large industrial scans.

Clash detection, BIM consulting, 4D and 5D sequencing, family creation, drafting and outsourcing are quoted per project because the work depends on the models and the team rather than on floor area alone. They depend on the number of disciplines, the condition of the existing models and how many coordination rounds the schedule needs.
