How quickly do you respond to a new enquiry?
We reply within one business day, either with a scoped AED estimate or with a short list of questions if we need more detail to price the work.
Every request is read by the team. We check the service, the district, the approximate floor area and any files you mention, then work out the level of development, disciplines and deliverables the project needs. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so a request sent on a Sunday is answered on Monday.
You get an exact estimate faster when your first message includes the service you need, the building type and approximate area in square feet, the stage of the project (design, construction or an existing building), the LOD if you know it, and whether drawings, a point cloud or other scan data already exist. If you can share files, say so in the message and we will send a link for them.
For scan-to-BIM and as-built work we may suggest a site visit before giving a final price, because the scan scope depends on access, occupancy and how dense the building services are. In that case the first reply sets out what we need to see and proposes a time for the visit.
For new design work, a clear brief usually means the first reply already contains a price range. The project timeline itself is then set in the written proposal, together with scope, deliverables and price, so you know when each model or drawing set is due before anything starts.
