What software do you deliver in?
We model in Autodesk Revit, coordinate and run clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks, and export IFC for teams that work on other BIM platforms.
Revit is where the architectural, structural and MEP models are built, along with the families, sheets and schedules your drawings come from. You receive native Revit files, so your team can keep working in the model after handover instead of starting again from exported drawings.
Navisworks combines the discipline models into one coordination model. Clash tests run there, and each clash is grouped, assigned to the right discipline and tracked until it is fixed in the Revit model. Because the clash is fixed at the source, the next round of drawings already carries the change.
IFC is the open exchange format for BIM. Consultants and contractors who work in other software can open an IFC export, and many projects ask for IFC as the shared format between teams. We agree the IFC version and export settings in the BIM execution plan, so the files open cleanly on the receiving side.
For existing buildings, the point cloud from a laser scan is brought into Revit as the base for scan-to-BIM and as-built models. If your project runs on a common data environment (CDE) or needs a specific Revit version, tell us at the start and we will deliver to it.
Delivery formats are fixed in the BIM execution plan before modeling starts, so everyone on the project knows which files they will receive and when. Changing a format later is possible, but agreeing it first avoids rework at handover.
