What BIM services do you offer in Dubai?

We offer ten BIM services in Dubai, from architectural, structural and MEP modeling and scan-to-BIM to clash detection, 4D and 5D BIM and outsourcing.

On new projects, modeling, consulting and clash detection carry a design from early coordination to construction. A BIM execution plan sets the LOD, file naming and coordination schedule, then the architectural, structural and MEP models are checked against each other in Navisworks before drawings are issued.

During construction, 4D BIM links the model to the programme so the build sequence can be checked before it happens on site, and 5D BIM takes quantities from the same model for cost control. Shop drawings and construction documentation come out of the coordinated model, so the drawings and the model agree.

For existing buildings, scan-to-BIM and as-built modeling start from a laser scan and point cloud rather than old drawings. That suits renovation, fit-out and retrofit work in older districts such as Deira or Al Quoz, where original drawings are often missing or out of date.

Family creation and Revit drafting support teams that already work in BIM: parametric families for the products you specify, and extra Revit hands for a heavy production schedule. Outsourcing gives you that capacity on a rolling basis instead of one project at a time.

Dubai Municipality has required BIM submissions for large, high-rise and government buildings since the mid-2010s, so on many projects these deliverables are needed for approval, not only for coordination. The Services page has the scope and pricing for each service.
